Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is also commonly known as ME is a condition that causes extreme tiredness. The exhaustion that people can experience can limit their ability to carry out normal day to day activities and leave people with symptoms of anxiety, stress or depression.

CFS syndrome can affect anyone at any stage in their life, but it is more commonly found in woman. Some of the most common symptoms of CFS are listed below:-

  • Memory problems – difficulty concentrating
  • Sore throat

  • Unexplained muscle pain
  • Irritability
  • Severe headaches
  • Stomach problems such as nausea, bloating, diarrhoea and constipation
  • Sensitivity to light and noise
